Piotr Skobało
Manager with 20 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain management and customer service. He has worked in various sectors such as manufacturing, retail, e-commerce and logistics services.
For more than 10 years, he has been personally responsible for the entire Supply Chain function, from strategy development to successful implementation, in organizations with multi-billion dollar revenues such as Whirpool, Cersanit, Neonet, Rhenus Logistics and fast-growing companies like Selsey.
He managed budgets of several hundred million dollars, leading development and optimization projects with a real impact on EBITDA.
Adam Sobolewski
Manager with 15 years of experience in building efficient logistics operations and analytical supply chains. He has worked in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, retail and e-commerce industries.
For more than 10 years, he has led projects and teams responsible for distribution network planning, as well as warehouse expansion and optimization, at large organizations such as Avon, Baxter Healthcare, Jeronimo Martins, Amazon, and start-ups such as Opontia.
He managed programs under which he created and implemented strategies for global companies. He set up warehouses equipped with automation, implemented information systems such as WMS, OMS, and T&T, which increased the cost efficiency of many companies.
